Beginner & Intermediate Road Bike Ride every Saturday (weather permitting) at 11:00am from the Bike Shop.

E-Road Bike Pedal Assist are welcome and must be tuned and ready to roll. We DO NOT Accept Throttle Operated Bikes.

Road and E-Bikes are available to rent . Please call in advance 2 Days before to reserve. 775-852-8850 We will need to know your height, weight, and type of bike your are interested in. (Road Bike-Aluminum or Carbon) E -Bike (Giant Explore E -I would recommend-or Road E-Bike if available).

The ride will be decided when all arrive depending on abilities. Most routes are Hidden Valley, River Trail, Damonte Ranch, Toll Road, Washoe Valley, Bowers Mansion & Franktown. We ride 15-50 miles depending on the group. Anyone can turn around at anytime. This is a “NO Drop Ride” which means we will stop and wait at certain points to make sure all is Good. It’s very important to bring your own repair kit (tubes, CO2, Pump, Tire Levers, multi tool etc- just make sure you can change your own tire or make adjustments on the ride-we will help if needed) Your bike must be tuned and ready to roll. Schedule a time to bring it in a few days before to do an evaluation. Helmets are mandatory on the ride along with water & food. Check the weather and Dress in Layers. Make sure your hands, feet and ears are properly covers for cold days.

We have Mountain Bike Rentals and Car Racks ( MTN or Road Bikes) to rent in case you want to explore the area- Reno, Tahoe or Carson City. This would be on your own- not with the Reno group ride. We can give you recommendations on where to ride, weather conditions and what to bring. We have helmets if needed (mandatory to wear on the ride). Bring your own water bottle/camelbak/ multi tool, tubes, pump/CO2 etc.
